Omar Navarro – Director of Operation, Arizona
Omar comes to VCO from the DLR Group, Inc., an architectural firm in Phoenix, where Omar was the Project Designer / Project Leader and Associate in the Firm. Omar holds a Bachelor’s of Architecture from The National Polytechnique in Mexico City, Mexico. A few of Mr. Navarro’s awards and certifications are as follows: Scene Pavilion Design Competition, Ohio (First Place, August 2003); Cleveland Public Art Design Competition, Ohio (First Place, January 2002); International Wine Packaging Design Competition (Honorary Award, August 2001)

April O’Dell – New Business Developer
April comes to VCO with an incredibly strong 15 years of experience in the Staffing industry. April has assisted service organizations to grow their business through proactive networking and sales skills and holds a Bachelor of Science, Hotel/Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, Arizona.
