Space planning translates programmatic needs into a physical plan of the space by organizing major offices and work areas, determining circulation, and laying out furniture.

VCOffice's furniture design department is equipped with AutoCAD 2005 and Design Express as well as numerous product-specification programs. All furniture orders are specified utilizing computer aided design that allows VCOffices to assign product pieces and parts to each item of the furniture plan. When the design is finalized a full list of specifications is produced.

VCOffices then transfers all product items into our specialized order-management program. This system was designed by us and allows for mass updating of item pricing, finishes, ship-to addresses, and manufacturer contract information. Placing of the purchase order with the manufacturer is a one-step process, upon issuance of the customer purchase order. This streamlined approach results in the quickest possible turn-around time for fast-track projects.
