Snapfish is a growing online photo sharing and printing application that was split from Hewlett Packard (HP) to become an independent company. Maintaining a large office feel with huddle spaces was a primary objective, but the client’s new consolidated footprint posed a particular challenge. Located in the heart of the Financial District in San Francisco, NicholsBooth collaborated with VCO to create a warm and colorful space to complement the client’s design-driven product.
Including collaborative spaces that keep with the company’s fresh startup look/feel was an absolute must. VCO installed Teknion UpStage to create a collaborative aesthetic and option for future customization. Pops of color were added into the UpStage workstations and pedestals, and fabric paneling helped provide acoustical benefits in the open office. Nichols Booth comments that Snapfish is “a fun company that creates pretty awesome designs and books for their clients wanted to make sure that was represented in their space, hence the pops of color throughout almost reflecting the rainbow!”
